摘要
目的:探讨辅酶Q10辅助治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果及对血清NT-proBNP及CPP水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月间湖南郴州湘南学院附属医院心内科接收的80例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机均分为对照组(基础治疗+盐酸曲美他嗪)和观察组(基础治疗+盐酸曲美他嗪+辅酶Q10),治疗3个月后,对比两组治疗有效性、治疗前后血清N末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)、和肽素(Copeptin,CPP)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效性高于对照组;治疗后观察组血清NT-proBNP、CPP水平低于对照组;观察组每搏输出量、左心室射血分数水平高于对照组,左室收缩末期容积指数、左室舒张末期容积指数水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应与对照组无明显差异。结论:应用辅酶Q10辅助盐酸曲美他嗪等治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者,效果显著,可降低其血清NT-proBNP、CPP水平,不良反应较少,值得借鉴。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of coenzyme Q10 in adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure and its influence on serum NT-proBNP and CPP levels.Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure received between January 2019 and December 2020 were divided into a control group(basic treatment+trimetazidine hydrochloride)and an observation group(basic treatment+hydrochloric acid)according to a simple randomization method.(Trimetazidine+Coenzyme Q10),the effectiveness of the treatment in the two groups,the levels of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and copeptin(CPP)before and after treatment,and Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The effectiveness of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;serum NT-proBNP and CPP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment;stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(Left Ventricular Ejection)in the observation group Fraction(LVEF)levels are higher than those of the control group,and the levels of Left Ventricular End-Systolic Volume Index(LVESVI)and Left Ventricle End-Diastolic Volume Index(LVEDVI)are lower than those of the control group,The difference was significant P<0.05;the adverse reactions were not significantly different from the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:Coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,which can reduce their serum NT-proBNP and CPP levels with fewer adverse reactions,which is worth learning.
