IPAT支持下的鸟巢体位摆放对极低出生体重早产儿生长发育及全肠内营养时间的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察婴儿体位评估工具(The infant position assessment tool,IPAT)支持下的鸟巢体位摆放应用于极低出生体重(Very low birth weight,VLBW)早产儿的效果。方法:回顾性采集我院91例VLBW早产儿资料,按建档时间随机划分组别。常规组44例,予以常规鸟巢体位摆放;观察组47例,予以IPAT支持下的鸟巢体位摆放。比较两组康复情况、生长发育情况、喂养不耐受发生率、家属对护理工作满意度。结果:观察组全肠内营养时间、胃管留置时间均较常规组短,出生14 d头围、身长明显较常规组高(P<0.05);观察组喂养不耐受发生率明显降低、家属对护理工作满意度优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:IPAT支持下的鸟巢体位摆放应用于VLBW早产儿,可促进生长发育,减少喂养不耐受发生,加快康复进程,且家属对护理工作的满意度较高。 Objective:To observe The effect of infant position assessment Tool(IPAT)in Very low birth weight(VLBW)premature infants.Methods The data of 91 premature infants with VLBW in our hospital were collected retrospectively and randomly divided into groups according to the time of filing.44 patients in routine group were given routine bird's nest position support.47 patients in the observation group were placed in IPAT-dependent nest position support.The rehabilitation,growth and development,incidence of feeding intolerance and family members'satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The time of duration of total enteral nutrition and gastric tube indwelling in the observation group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the head circumference and body length at 14 d after birth were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of feeding intolerance was lower,and family members'satisfaction with nursing work were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion IPAT-supported nest position can promote the growth and development of VLBW premature infants,reduce feeding intolerance,speed up the rehabilitation process,and the family members are more satisfied with the nursing work.
