摘要
针对目前地下式厂房水电厂传统的防水淹厂房保护系统现状,从现场元件结构设计、采集端子箱设计、信号传输路线选择、控制逻辑判断及控制中心定位等方面研究并设计出一套安全、可靠的防水淹厂房保护系统,充分考虑其抗干扰、安全可靠、防误动拒动等因素,实现可靠的预警控制,很大程度上提高了地下式厂房水电厂运行的安全可靠性。该系统自在某地下式厂房实施应用以来,取得了良好的经济效益,对类似地下式厂房水电厂应用具有推广意义。
In view of the current situation of the traditional protection system for underground powerhouse hydropower plants,a set of safe and reliable protection system for underground powerhouse is studied and designed from the aspects of field component structure design, acquisition terminal box design,signal transmission route selection,control logic judgment and control center positioning.The factors such as anti-interference,safety and reliability,anti-malfunction and refuse operation are fully considered to achieve reliable early warning control,which greatly improves the safety and reliability of the operation of underground powerhouse hydropower plants.Since the application of the system in an underground powerhouse,good economic have achieved,which is of great significance to the application of similar underground powerhouse hydropower plants.
