摘要
基于机械化和智能化设备,通过智能制造车间互联互通关键技术研究,以智慧铸造车间为实施范例,建立了基于订单的工艺参数、流程优化模型,研究智慧生产运维和故障诊断预警技术,研发基于信息流、物流、工作流、参数流、质量流的智能生产运维系统,实现生产计划动态调度、物料需求与平衡、产品品质管控、设备管理与可靠性运维管理。各工部的互联互通系统,系统集成,提升了工场的智能管控水平和生产效率,降低了成本,缩短产品研发周期,创造了经济效益。
Based on mechanization and intelligent equipment,through the key techniques of intelligent manufacturing workshop,interconnection,foundry with wisdom for the implementation of case,this study established a model of process parameters,process optimization based on orders,production operations and fault diagnosis technology research wisdom,research and development based on information flow,logistics,workflow and flow parameters,the mass flow of intelligent production operational system,realized dynamic scheduling of production plan,material demand and balance,product quality control,equipment management and reliability operation and maintenance management.The interconnection system and system integration of each department improves the intelligent control level and production efficiency of the workshop,reduces the cost,shortens the product research and development cycle,and creates economic benefits.
