摘要
金属橡胶是由金属丝编制而成的,为具有较强非线性的隔振材料,通过金属丝之间的干摩擦耗能来实现减振缓冲,在摩擦粘性阻尼力和弹性力的共同作用下,得以表现出优异的减振效果。采用304不锈钢、镍钛合金丝与304不锈钢丝1:1配比而成的复合材料,分别制作金属橡胶,结合静态压缩试验、动态扫频试验,分别对复合-MR、不锈钢-MR的动静态性能进行比较分析,探究镍钛合金对金属橡胶性能的影响。
Metal rubber is woven from metal wires.It is a vibration isolation material with strong nonlinearity.It realizes vibration damping and buffering through dry friction energy between the metal wires.Under the combined action of frictional viscous damping force and elastic force,it can show excellent damping effect.A composite material of 304 stainless steel,nickel-titanium alloy wire and 304 stainless steel wire in a ratio of 1:1 is used to make metal rubber.Combined with static compression test and dynamic sweep frequency test,the dynamic and static properties of composite-MR and stainless steel-MR are compared and analyzed to explore the influence of nickel-titanium alloy on the properties of metal rubber.
