某柴油机喷油器喷射过程数值研究

摘要 喷油器是柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统的关键部件。喷油器关键部位参数和燃油选择会影响柴油机的喷油过程,从而影响柴油机工作特性。通过建立一维仿真模型,研究不同的结构参数和不同燃油的粘度、密度对针阀运动规律、喷油速率、喷油量等影响,研究结果对燃油的选择和喷油器的关键部位设计具有一定的参考价值。 Fuel injector is the key component of the high-pressure common-rail fuel injection system in diesel engine.The key parts of the fuel injector parameters and choice will affect the diesel injection process,thus affecting the operating characteristics of the diesel engine.A one-dimensional simulation model of a diesel injector was developed under simulation software to study the influence of different structural parameters and the viscosity and density of different fuels to the needle valve movement rules,injection rate and injection quantity,etc.The research results have a certain reference value to the choice of fuel and the key parts design of the injector.
