摘要
在现代制造业中,焊接是一种关键、特殊的工艺,随着生产线自动化的发展,工业焊机焊接生产线的智能监控也非常重要。采用焊机与数据采集系统协同运行,实现工业焊机设备状态的有效实时监控,可视化的数据曲线方便了操作人员对于整个焊接过程的监控,后台存储到本地的CSV文件数据和数据库数据也为离线的工艺数据分析提供了大量的数据基础,为后期寻求最优焊接工艺参数设计提供了依据。
In modern manufacturing,welding is a key and special process.With the development of production line automation,the intelligent monitoring of industrial welding machine welding production line is also very important.The welding machine and data acquisition system are used to run cooperatively to realize the effective real-time monitoring of industrial welding machine equipment status.The visual data curve is convenient for operators to monitor the whole welding process.The CSV file data and database data stored in the background also provide a large number of data bases for offline process data analysis,and provide a basis for seeking the optimal welding process parameters in the later stage.
