新时代高职院校专业教师课程育人能力提升路径研究——以《C语言程序设计》为例 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校专业教师的育人能力,对推动职业教育发展、加快建设“双师”队伍、促进学生高质量发展都起到重要的作用。在全面推进高职院校课程思政建设的大背景下,专业教师育人在过程中存在育人职责不明确、育人素养较缺乏和育人方法不恰当等主要问题。本文以《C语言程序设计》为例,通过实施搭建课程育人资源共享平台、构建课程育人知识体系、创建课程育人案例库和优化创新教学设计等措施,旨在提升专业教师的育人能力,形成良性育人机制。 The educational ability of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in promoting the development of vocational education,accelerating the construction of"double qualified teachers"team and promoting the high-quality development of students.Under the background of promoting comprehensively the ideological and political construction of curriculum in higher vocational colleges,there are some main problems in the process of professional teachers'education,such as unclear educational responsibilities,for lack of educational literacy and inappropriate educational methods.Taking〈C Language Programming〉as an example,this paper aims to improve the educational ability of professional teachers and form a benign educational mechanism by implementing measures such as building a curriculum educational resource sharing platform,building a curriculum educational knowledge system,creating a curriculum educational case base and optimizing innovative teaching design.
