建设优质高职图书馆是优质校建设对高职图书馆提出的内在要求。要建设具备服务、效能、参与、创新这四个基本要素的优质型图书馆,为优质校建设提供适应的服务路径,需加强资源建设、夯实服务基础,应用全面质量管理(TQM)方法、提升服务能力,多元主体参与、提供精准服务,创新服务体系、创造优质服务。

The construction of high-quality vocational library is the internal requirement of high-quality school construction to higher vocational library.To build a high-quality library with four basic elements of service,efficiency,participation and innovation,and to provide an adaptive service path for the construction of high-quality school,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of resources and consolidate the service foundation,apply the TQM method,to improve service ability,multi-subject participation,provide accurate service,innovate service system,and create high-quality service.
