学校教研发展存在的问题及协同路径

Problems in Current Development of Teaching and Research and Collaborative Paths

摘要 课程改革的深入推进必然推动现代教研理念及思维的转变或重塑。学校教研发展呈现出教研选题察情不足、教研培学效度偏弱、教研合作机制欠缺等问题,在实践中可立足“三类教研”推动教研良性开展,即:立足合作教研,强化研前协同;立足师本教研,深化培研协同;立足成果教研,优化共享协同。
