摘要 加强民族地区中小学图书馆(室)建设是新时期民族工作的需要、是传播少数民族文化的需要、是基础教育现代转型的需要。对贵州部分中小学图书馆(室)抽样调研显示,民族地区中小学图书馆(室)建设现状总体上迈上了新的台阶,在义务教育均衡工作的开展下,在基础设施建设上有了明显的发展,但依旧存在政策法规执行和规划实施不理想、图书馆信息化建设准备不足等问题。基于此,激励性、支持性制度措施的制定,图书馆人才队伍的常态化培训、现代化设备的引进成为图书馆发展的重要保障。 Strengthening the construction of primary and secondary school libraries(rooms)in ethnic areas is the need for ethnic work in the new era,the need for the dissemination of ethnic minority culture,and the need for the modern transformation of basic education.A sample survey of some primary and secondary school libraries(rooms)in Guizhou shows the current situation of the construction of primary and secondary school libraries(rooms)in ethnic minority areas has generally reached a new level.With the implementation of compulsory education balance work and obvious development in infrastructure construction,there are still problems such as unsatisfactory regulations and planning implementation as well as insufficient preparation for library informatization construction.Based on this,the formulation of incentive and supportive system measures,the regular training of the library’s talent team,and the introduction of modern equipment have become an important guarantee for the development of the library.
