范腾端生平与著述考略

Study on Fan Tengduan’s Life and Works

范腾端是在国立北平图书馆金石部工作最久的馆员,其擅篆隶,有邓石如之风,一生以碑刻、墓志拓片编目为主要工作。关于他的生平资料非常少见,其所编之目录,亦多属集体作品。由其所编的4种金石目录《国子监碑目》《馆藏李唐墓志目》《国立北平图书馆藏碑目墓志类》《国立北平图书馆藏云南碑目初编》在今天仍然有很大的参考价值。

Fan Tengduan was the longest-serving librarian in the Epigraphy Department of the National Library of Peiping.His main work in his life was cataloging epigraphy inscriptions.He was good at seal script and official script,and had the style of Deng Shiru.His life information was very scarce and most of his catalogue compiled was collective works.Four kinds of stone rubbings catalogs compiled by him still has great reference value today.
