大通径比例可调液控主阀设计

摘要 以常规液控滑阀为基础,根据升降设备用大通径比例可调液控主阀的特殊需求,在阀芯切换速度控制、面积差控制、行程控制、运动平稳性控制方面进行特殊设计,并通过中间试验验证主阀输出流量、阀芯行程、阀芯打开时间和线性度、阀芯关断时间和线性度、阀芯动作重复精度,具有较强的抗污染能力和扛电磁干扰能力,可在大流量、控制精度不高、参数固定的比例控制场合广泛应用。 Based on the conventional hydraulic control slide valve, according to the special needs of the large diameter proportional adjustable hydraulic control main valve for lifting equipment, the spool switching speed control, area difference control, stroke control, motion stability control are specially designed. And through the intermediate test to verify the output flow of the main valve,spool stroke, spool opening time and linearity, spool off time and linearity, spool action repeat precision, with strong anti-pollution ability and carry electromagnetic interference ability, can be widely used in large flow, control precision is not high, fixed parameters of the proportional control occasions.
