基于数据库筛选补中益气汤中7种黄酮类成分及其含量分析

Content Analysis of Seven Flavonoids Compounds in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Based on Database

目的筛选补中益气汤治疗子宫脱垂7种黄酮类成分及其含量分析。方法运用TCMSP数据库筛选补中益气汤治疗子宫脱垂的关键化合物,采用HPLC法分析关键化合物的含量,Agilent SB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为色谱乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,进样量10μL,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长:254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果通过数据库筛选出7种黄酮类成分,包括槲皮素、山柰酚、柚皮素、异鼠李素、刺芒柄花素、川陈皮素、毛蕊异黄酮。结论建立HPLC法测定补中益气汤治疗子宫脱垂的7种黄酮类成分,该含量测定方法稳定、可靠、准确,可用于补中益气汤质量控制并指导临床用药。

Objective:To analyze the content of seven flavonoids compounds in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of uterine prolapse patients.Methods:The key compounds of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of uterine prolapse were screened by using TCMSP database,and the content of key compounds was analyzed by HPLC.Agilent SB-C_(18) column was 250mm×4.6mm,5μm,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid aqueous solution gradient elution.The injection volume was 10μL and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results:Seven flavonoids were screened from the database,including quercetin,kaempferol,naringenin,isorhamnetin,formononetin,nobiletin and calycosin.Conclusion:A HPLC method was established for the determination of seven flavonoids in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of uterine prolapse.The content determination method is stable,reliable and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and guide clinical medication.
