互联网的飞速发展催生出网络意识形态的新样态,网络已成为各种意识形态交锋的新战场,网络意识形态安全是总体国家安全观的重要组成部分。当前中国网络意识形态安全面临着技术劣势、社会思潮沉渣泛起、网络异化、安全治理滞后等方面的挑战。打赢意识形态斗争的网络战,要找准着力点,从创新网络意识形态的话语体系、完善技术与人才体系、构建公正完备的法治体系、健全协同联动机制等方面入手,提升网络意识形态安全治理的现代化水平,牢牢把握意识形态斗争的领导权、主动权。

The rapid development of Internet gives birth to a new pattern of network ideology,and the network has become a new battlefield of all kinds of ideological conflicts,the security of network ideology is an important part of the overall national security concept.At present,the security of network ideology in our country is confronted with the challenges of technological disadvantage,social ideological trend,network dissimilation,security governance lag and so on.In order to win the Cyber War of ideological struggle,we must find the focus,starting with innovating the discourse system of cyber ideology,perfecting the system of technology and talents,building a just and complete system of rule of law,improving the mechanism of coordination and linkage,etc..We will upgrade the modernization level of cyber-ideological security governance and firmly grasp the leadership and initiative of ideological struggle.
