摘要 随着节能环保理念日渐普及,清洁、高效、环保的激光清理技术成为替代高污染、高能耗、高损伤的传统清洗方式的最可靠方案。本文围绕船舶行业金属表面除锈需求,首先分析了现有除锈技术的优缺点;然后针对激光清理技术的原理与技术优势,通过介绍激光清理技术在各个行业及工业场景的应用情况,指出现有激光清理设备在船舶行业应用的局限性;最后根据激光清理技术相关的国内外标准现状,强调了当前开展激光清理标准研究的重要性和急迫性。 With the increasing popularity of energy-saving and environmental protection concepts,clean,efficient,and environmentally friendly laser cleaning technology has become the most reliable solution for replacing traditional cleaning methods that cause high pollution,high energy consumption,and high destruction.This paper focuses on the needs for rust removal on metal surfaces in the shipbuilding industry.First,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing rust removal technology are analyzed.Then,based on the principle and technical advantages of laser cleaning technology,the limitations of the existing laser cleaning equipment in the shipbuilding industry are pointed out,by introducing the application of laser cleaning technology in various industries and industrial scenarios.Finally,according to the current status of domestic and foreign standards related to laser cleaning technology,the importance and urgency of the current research on laser cleaning standards are emphasized.
