新兴行业知识产权布局规划——以电动汽车充电设施专利保护为例

Intellectual Property Layout Planning for Emerging Industries——Taking the Patent Protection of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities as an Example

虽然我国已经是新兴经济体,并且在国际上地位和影响力方面都得到了很大的提升,但是在知识产权国际规则方面,我国的话语权相对来说比较弱,从一定程度上阻碍了经济的发展。本文以现今新兴行业中电动汽车充电设施专利保护为例进行知识产权布局规划分析,构建知识产权检索式方法框架,基于此,提出了基于电动汽车充电设施关键技术的专利样本选取及分解方法,同时通过对电动汽车充电设施专利布局情况进行分析并且给出了相应专利布局建议。最终全面系统地呈现了电动汽车充电设施专利布局的架构以及方法和相关原则。

As an emerging economy,China’s international status and influence are improving,but the influence on international rules on intellectual property rights is relatively weak,which hampers economic development to a certain extent.The intellectual property protection in emerging fields is insufficient and the international environment is increasingly complex.Therefore,it is imperative to plan the intellectual property distribution in emerging industries,which can also enhance China’s position in the global IPR governance system.In this paper,taking the patent protection of electric vehicle charging facilities in the current emerging industry as an example,the layout planning of intellectual property rights is analyzed.
