基于共享机制的多厂所企业标准化体系建设与管理

Construction and Management of Enterprise Standardization System Based on Sharing Mechanism

“十三五”期间,作为集团公司电子信息版块重点单位,多厂所整合成为现行体制下国企改革的一种有效模式。本文积极开展多厂所融合相关标准化工作的管理思路研究和探索,形成了一套基于共享机制的多厂所企业标准化体系建设管理思路,逐步走出了一条以企业标准体系为引领、以技术基础资源库共享为支撑、以信息化手段为保证的企业标准化管理新路,旨在成网成体系构建组织结构,形成优势互补,让标准化工作助力组织的目标实现,加强技术基础,提供组织绩效,促进组织发展腾飞。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,Institute of Electronic Information and Countermeasures(Institute 8)was established by 723 and 724 Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation(CSIC)as the key unit of the electronic information section.The paper carries out the research on the management of the standardization of integrated unit,puts forward the management and construction ideas of the enterprise standardization system based on a sharing mechanism,finding a new way of enterprise standardization management that is guided by enterprise standards system,and supported by shared technical resource bases and information technology means.It is aimed at establishing a network of organization structure to form complementary advantages,and using standardization to help achieve the organization’s goals,strengthen the technology base,and promote the development of the organization.
