俄罗斯纺织服装标准与法规体系现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Russian Textiles and Clothing Standards and Regulations System

本文通过介绍以“强制性技术法规”和“自愿性标准体系”为主要特征的俄罗斯标准与法规体制基本情况及其纺织服装标准与法规体系截至2020年的现状,着重分析了俄罗斯纺织服装类跨国标准和联邦国家标准的标准状态、标准分类、发布时间和采标情况,总结得出标准和技术法规有效衔接、标准采标率较高、体系复杂且需持续改进等俄罗斯纺织服装标准与法规体系的特点。

This paper introduces the Russian standards and regulations system mainly characterized by"mandatory technical regulations"and"voluntary standards system",and the current Russian textiles and clothing standards and regulations system by 2020,focuses on the standards status,standards classification,release time and standards acquisition of the state union standards and national standards of the Russian Federal for textiles and clothing.It also summarizes the characteristics of Russian textiles and clothing standards and regulations system,such as effective connection between standards and technical regulations,high standards acquisition rate,complex system and needs continuous improvement.
