摘要
针对河南豫西某粘土矿资源,进行了工艺矿物学研究,并探索了其对轧制铝箔工业用油的吸附脱色净化性能。研究表明,该粘土矿是以含白云石为主,并伴生凹凸棒石、蒙脱石等复杂组成的粘土矿类型;对原矿进行混合配矿后制成-0.074mm的粉,将其与轧制铝箔工业用油现采用的-0.074mm硅藻土粉进行吸附净化性能对比,在相同处理条件下,过滤后的清油较硅藻土粉处理脱色率分别提高104.61%、101.65%,表明该粘土矿粉具有较高吸附净化效率,具有较好的工业应用价值。
Based on a clay ore resource in western Henan province, a detailed process mineralogy study was carried out, and its adsorption, decolorization and purification properties for industrial oil for rolling aluminum foil were explored. The research shows that the clay ore is a clay ore type mainly containing dolomite minerals, accompanied by attapulgite and montmorillonite minerals.The raw ore was mixed and mixed to make-0.074 mm powder, which was compared with the-0.074 mm fine diatomite powder currently used in the industrial oil for rolling aluminum foil. Under the treatment conditions of the same, the decolorization rate of the filtered clear oil was increased by 104.61% and 101.65% respectively compared with that of diatomite powder, the results show that the clay ore powder has high adsorption and purification efficiency and has good industrial application value.
