乡村振兴战略下公费师范生的思想引领探析

On Ideological Guidance of Public Funded Normal Students under Strategy of Rural Revitalization

公费师范生作为乡村教师的主要来源之一,是建设高素质乡村教师队伍重要的源头活水,担负着乡村振兴的使命。据对公费师范生在政策认知、职业认同等方面进行的调查,我们发现,公费师范生中存在大局意识淡薄、乡村奉献精神缺乏、专业认识不全面等问题。高校应从推动理想信念教育常态化、构建养成教育立体化、开展乡土情怀教育多样化、打造专业认知教育系统化等方面引领公费师范生,落实公费师范生政策设置的初衷,更好地服务于乡村振兴战略。

As one of the main sources of rural teachers, public funded normal students are an important source of building a team of high-quality rural teachers and shoulder the mission of rural revitalization. According to the investigation on the policy cognition and professional identity of public funded normal students, we find that there are some problems in public funded normal students, such as weak overall situation consciousness, lack of rural dedication, incomplete professional understanding and so on. Colleges and universities should lead the public funded normal students from the aspects of promoting the normalization of ideal and belief education, building the three-dimensional cultivation education, carrying out the diversification of local feelings education and building the systematization of professional cognitive education, implement the original intention of the policy setting of public funded normal students, and better serve the strategy of rural revitalization.
