快速好氧堆肥工艺在餐厨垃圾处理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 针对某市餐厨垃圾的资源化处理工程,采用快速好氧堆肥工艺。设计采用双破碎+双分选方式进行原料预处理,实现杂质分选与粒径控制,采用隔油、气浮+膜分离提高油脂回收率。生产中的压榨液、渗滤液等废水采用二级生化、膜处理联合臭氧氧化加混凝沉淀后达标排放。生产过程中的污染气体与VOCs收集后,采用喷淋洗涤与生物滤池处理后达标排放。利用20%木屑和10%熟料进行物料调质,减少反应中的含氮气体排放,缩短堆肥反应周期,并结合经验与前期调试确定了含水量、通气量等主要反应条件。工艺运行稳定,堆肥产品的pH、养分与重金属含量等符合国家标准,整体处理成本约177.57元/t,有机肥料可实现成本回收22.14元/t。 A rapid aerobic composting process is adopted for the kitchen waste treatment and utilization project in a China's city.Double crushing+double separation way is employed to pre-treat with raw materials to realize impurity separation and particle size control.Oil separation,air flotation and membrane separation are all adopted to improve the recovery rate of fatty oil.The wastewater generated,such as press fluid and leachate,is treated by two-stage biochemical and membrane treatment combined with ozone oxidation and coagulation sedimentation before discharging.The polluted gas and VOCs generated in the production process are collected,treated by spray washing and biofilter,and discharged after reaching the standard.Through using 20%sawdust and 10%clinker to adjust the feed,the emission of nitrogencontaining gas in the reaction is dropped and the composting reaction cycle is shortened.Combined with experience and early commissioning,main reaction conditions such as water content and ventilation are also determined.The process runs stably,and the pH value,nutrient and heavy metal content of compost products meet China's national standards.The overall treatment cost is about RMB 177.57 per ton,and the cost recovery of organic fertilizer is RMB 22.14 per ton.
