Co/N-TiO_(2)@C的制备及其光催化降解水中抗生素的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了钴(Co)、氮(N)、碳(C)共掺杂的TiO_(2)纳米复合光催化剂。并通过SEM、TEM、XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis和XPS等手段对样品的形貌、结构和带隙进行了表征。结果表明,Co、N、C共掺杂的TiO_(2)可以在TiO_(2)的带隙中形成杂质能级,缩短带隙能量(2.69 eV)。在Co、N、C共掺杂TiO_(2)(Co/N-TiO_(2)@C)和可见光照射30 min后,其对四环素(TC)的降解率为94.5%;照射60 min后,TC的降解率高达97.19%。在Co/N-TiO_(2)@C和可见光存在下循环3次后,TC的降解率降低到70.19%,这是由于掺杂离子浸出导致催化剂活性降低。 Cobalt(Co),nitrogen(N)and carbon(C)co-doped TiO_(2)nanocomposite photocatalyst is synthesized via the sol-gel method.The morphology,surface area,chemical composition and band gap of the samples are characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis and XPS.UV-Vis(DRS)spectra evidence that the doping of Co,N and C co-doped TiO_(2)can form impurity energy levels in the band gap of TiO_(2)to shorten the band gap energy(2.69 eV).The degradation rate of tetracycline reaches 94.5%after irradiation for 30 min by visible light in the presence of Co,N and C co-doped TiO_(2)(Co/N-TiO_(2)@C),and the degradation rate reaches 97.19%after irradiation for 60 min.The degradation rate of tetracycline drops to 70.19%after 3 cycles in the presence of Co/N-TiO_(2)@C and visible light,which may be due to the reduction of catalytic activity caused by doping ion leaching.
