身体功能训练促进小学生灵敏素质发展的实证研究

摘要 为全面改革学校体育课程教学,提升学校体育教学质量,提高学生身体素质,在小学体育教学中引进身体功能训练的方法,全面发展学生的运动能力。该文以小学生身体运动功能训练中的灵敏素质练习的设计为研究对象,通过查阅体能练习、灵敏素质等方面的书籍和论文,掌握小学生身体运动功能训练的方法,根据小学生的生理、心理发展规律,设计适合小学生身心发展的训练方法,以广州市小学三、四年级学生为实验对象,将身体功能训练中的灵敏素质练习方法与一般体育教学中的灵敏素质练习方法进行对比。结果显示:一般体育教学与身体功能训练都能提高学生的灵敏素质,但身体功能训练对学生灵敏素质的提高更显著,且学生喜欢参与身体功能练习。 In order to comprehensively reform the school physical education curriculum teaching,improve the school physical education teaching quality and improve the pupils'physical quality,the method of physical function training is introduced into the primary school physical education teaching to develop the pupils'sports ability comprehensively.This paper takes the design of sensitive quality training in primary school students'physical exercise function training as the research object,by consulting books and papers on physical exercise and sensitive quality,grasps the methods of primary school students'physical exercise function training,design a training method suitable for the physical and mental development of primary school students.It also takes the third and fourth grade students of primary school in Guangzhou as the experimental object,compare the sensitive quality training method in physical function training with the sensitive quality training method in general physical education teaching.The experimental results show that both general physical education teaching and physical function training can improve students'sensitive quality,but physical function training can improve students'sensitive quality more significantly,and students like to participate in physical function training.
