摘要
在学习过程中,娱乐性教学法可以使学生感受到足够的乐趣,并且在乐趣的驱动下进行持续性的自我学习。在高校的健美操教学过程中,由于学生基础运动能力不同、学习健美操的兴趣不强、教育方式过于单一等因素,最终导致高校健美操的教学质量和效率不高。基于此,该文采用文献资料法等,对高校健美操教学活动中存在的现实问题进行分析,并提出娱乐性教学法在高校健美操教学活动中的运用方式,从而提升高校健美操教学效果。
In the learning process,the recreational teaching method can make students feel enough fun and carry out continuous self-learning driven by fun.In the teaching process of aerobics in colleges and universities,because of the different students'basic sports ability,the students'interest in learning aerobics is not strong,and the way of education is too single,which leads to the low teaching quality and efficiency of aerobics in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in college aerobics teaching activities by using the method of literature,and puts forward the application mode of entertainment teaching method in college aerobics teaching activities,so as to improve the teaching effect of college aerobics.
