摘要
户外素质拓展作为一种新的学校授课方式,在教学过程中融入了户外运动、体育游戏、分享交流、常规体育课程教学等学科知识。将这种方式与学校体育课程相结合,能激发学生参与课堂教学的积极性,在一定程度上解决了中职学生喜欢体育运动而不喜欢上体育课的问题,并且“做中学”“学中思”“思中行”的模式,不但能够让学生挑战自己、了解自己,而且课堂中所思与所学的体验,对于日后的工作和学习具有至关重要的作用。
As a new type of school teaching method,outdoor quality development integrates outdoor sports,sports games,sharing and communication,conventional physical education and other subject knowledge in the teaching process.Combining this method with school physical education curriculum can stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom teaching.To a certain extent,it solves the problem that secondary vocational students like sports rather than physical education classes.Moreover,this mode of"learning by doing","thinking in learning"and"thinking in action"can not only let students challenge themselves and understand themselves.What's more,the experience of thinking and learning in the classroom plays an important role in the future work and learning.
