在我国,足球运动拥有广泛的群众基础,国家也在政策上给予了大力支持,促使我国的社会足球运动在各方面得到了发展。不可回避的是,社会足球运动在地级市的发展遇到了困境。该文以衡水市社会足球运动的发展为例,对社会足球的发展进行了深入分析和研究,并提出了相应的对策。为衡水市社会足球运动的发展提供了理论依据,以带动其他地级市社会足球运动发展。

In China,football has a broad mass base,and the state has given strong support in policy,promoting the development of China's social football in all aspects.Inevitably,the development of social football in prefecture level cities has encountered difficulties.Taking the development of social football in Hengshui City as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the development of social football,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of social football in Hengshui City,so as to drive the development of social football in other prefecture level cities.
