体育治理视角下我国冰雪体育产业治理路径研究

Research on the Governance Path of China's Ice and Snow Sports Industry from the Perspective of Sports Governance

新冠疫情的暴发,使冰雪体育产业遭受“重创”,“体育治理”理念再度成为热议话题,引发了社会对我国体育治理短板问题的思考。该文基于推进我国治理体系和治理能力现代化时代背景,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对新冠疫情下我国体育治理在冰雪体育产业领域短板的问题进行研究。研究发现,疫情下该领域暴露出政策缺乏科学性,体制僵化;市场风险性增加,应对不足;有效供给机制不健全,可持续发展能力短缺;市场环境恶化,存在恶性竞争等治理问题。随着我国疫情进入常态化阶段,该文针对上述问题,从坚持引导,做好疫情防控;加强服务供给,壮大社会组织队伍;规避市场失灵,维持正常秩序三方面,探讨后疫情时期我国冰雪产业的具体治理路径。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused the ice and snow sports industry to suffer"severe damage",and the concept of"sports governance"has become a hot topic again,which has aroused thinking about the short board of sports governance in this field in China.Under the background of advancing the modernization of China's governance system and governance capacity,this paper studies the short board of COVID-19's sports governance in the field of ice snow sports industry by means of literature and logical analysis.The study found that under the epidemic situation,the policy in this field is lack of scientificity and the system is rigid;Increased market risk and insufficient response;The effective supply mechanism is not perfect and the ability of sustainable development is short;The market environment is deteriorating and there are governance problems such as vicious competition.As China's epidemic situation enters the normalization stage,this paper focuses on the above problems from adhering to guidance and doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control;Strengthen service supply and expand the ranks of social organizations;To avoid market failure and maintain normal order,this paper discusses the specific governance path of China's ice and snow industry in the post epidemic period.
