健康中国视角下“体医融合”的价值逻辑及模式创新研究

Research on Value Logic and Model Innovation of Sports and Medical Integration from the Perspective of Healthy China

“体医融合”是“以治病为中心”转变为“以人民健康为中心”的有效途径。该文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对“体医融合”的价值逻辑及模式创新进行分析。研究认为:居民生活行为改善不足,使社会健康治理面临着巨大的挑战;居民健康理念改善不足,对体医融合价值认知不足,居民参与度较低;体医融合多元主体协同困难,服务主体之间协同治理意识淡薄;体医融合专业人才供给缺失,专业人才队伍建设体系不健全;体医融合产业开发迟滞,产业化水平不足。建议:创新健康治理理念,加强健康政策融入;推进体医融合多元主体协同治理;创新人才培养模式,合理利用社会资源;推动体医融合产业开发环境优化,推进业态的融合与创新。

"Sports and medicine Integration"is an effective way to transform"disease treatment as the center"into"people's health as the center".This paper analyzes the value logic and model innovation of"sports and medical integration"by using the methods of literature and logical analysis.It is found that:The lack of improvement of residents'life behavior makes social health governance face great challenges;The improvement of residents'health concept is insufficient,the cognition of the value of sports medical integration is insufficient,and the residents'participation is low;The integration of sports and medicine is difficult,and the awareness of collaborative governance among service subjects is weak;The supply of sports and medical integration professionals is missing,and the construction system of professional talent team is not perfect;The development of sports medicine integration industry is delayed and the industrialization level is insufficient.Suggestions:Innovate the concept of health governance and strengthen the integration of health policies;Promote the integration of sports and medicine and the coordinated governance of multiple subjects;Innovate the talent training mode and make rational use of social resources;Promote the optimization of the development environment of sports medicine integration industry,and promote the integration and innovation of business forms.
