高职院校体育教师科研水平提升的路径研究

Research on the Path of Improving the Scientific Research Level of Physical Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

科学技术的发展以及现代化教学模式的开展,对高职院校体育教师的教学手段与科研水平有了新的要求。高职院校教学岗位的体育教师,应有更高层次的思想境界,在完成自己教学工作与任务的同时,应为学校体育教育发展进行不断思考与努力。该文通过研究制约体育教师进行科研的影响因素,提出提高体育教师科研水平的有效路径,从而推动高职体育教育内涵式发展,促使体育教育工作者发挥更大的作用和价值。

The development of science and technology and the development of modern teaching mode have put forward new requirements for the teaching means and scientific research level of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.physical education teachers in posts in higher vocational colleges should have a higher level of ideological realm.While completing their teaching work and tasks,they should constantly think and strive for the development of school physical education.By studying the influencing factors restricting physical education teachers'scientific research,this paper puts forward an effective path to improve physical education teachers'scientific research level,so as to promote the connotative development of higher vocational physical education education and promote physical education educators to play a greater role and value.
