Non-competitive Tibetan traditional sports are closely related to Tibetan ritual physical activities,which are closely related to cultural order.With the help of Tibetan historical images,this paper discusses the discipline of multicultural and changing cultural order on individual ritual physical activities.It also shows the formation and value of Tibetan traditional sports under the cultural order.Gernerally speaking,the stable natural and cultural order regulates the ritual physical activities of Tibetans in awe of nature,and Tibetan traditional sports promote ethnic cohesion;The lasting social and cultural order regulates the ritual physical activities of Tibetans advocating Buddhism,and Tibetan traditional sports promote ethnic identity;The rational and secular social and cultural order discipline under the change of modern society highlights the free ritual physical activities,which can actively adjust the tension between tradition and modernity,new and old.There are challenges and opportunities for the inheritance and development of Tibetan traditional sports.
