灌区信息化建设发展现状及发展规划

实现农业现代化是建设社会主义现代化强国的必由之路,农业的现代化必然要有农业信息化的支撑,其中农业灌溉作为农业发展的根基与根源,需要推进农业水利工程整体的信息化,制定合理的灌区科学布局与规划,这也决定农业水利工程对于农业生产条件的保障力度与保障水平。推进灌区信息化建设是改善农业生产基础条件,推进集约化、规模化和智能化种养的前提条件。灌区信息化建设受制于农业基础薄弱的现状,受技术发展相对滞后、地理特点分布差异大等客观因素影响,整体建设难度较大,为此要因地制宜科学地制定信息化建设的总体规划和项目设计,从而确保相应的灌区信息化建设能够符合第三师图木舒克市农牧业产业化发展的需要,文章针对灌区信息化建设发展现状作简要分析,并提出信息化建设主要内容与要点。

Realizing agricultural modernization is the only way to build a socialist modern power.Agricultural modernization must be supported by agricultural informatization.As the foundation and root of agricultural development,agricultural irrigation needs to promote the overall informatization of agricultural water conservancy projects and formulate a reasonable scientific layout and planning of irrigation areas,which also determines the guarantee strength and level of agricultural water conservancy projects for agricultural production conditions.Promoting the information construction of irrigation areas is a prerequisite for improving the basic conditions of agricultural production and promoting intensive,large-scale and intelligent planting and breeding.The informatization construction of irrigation area is subject to the current situation of weak agricultural foundation,relatively backward technological development,large differences in geographical characteristics and distribution and other objective factors.Therefore,the overall construction is difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically formulate the overall planning and project design of informatization construction according to local conditions,so as to ensure that the corresponding information construction of irrigation area can meet the needs of the industrialization development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tumushuke City.This paper makes a brief analysis on the present situation of the development of information construction in irrigation district,and puts forward the main contents and key points of information construction.
