长庆油田页岩油中心站智能化管控技术研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 长庆油田横跨陕甘宁三省,站场多处于黄土高塬地区,沟壑纵横、梁峁交错,油田站多、线长,生产管理十分困难,各类站场运行管控安全风险点多。长7页岩油采用小井场大平台、立体式水平井、体积压裂准自然能量开发+补充能量的开发方式,地面系统建设结合页岩油全生命周期开发方式,针对大井组、高液量、高气油比的特点,通过持续技术创新、管理创新,以减员增效为目的,创建了“平台+中心站”的页岩油地面智能化管控技术,搭建智能井、智能平台和中心站智能化管控系统,形成了自动操控、无人值守、有人应急的运行模式,构建了新型劳动组织管理架构,使百万吨产量用工人数下降,单位用工成本大幅下降。 Changqing Oilfield is located across the three provinces of Shaanxi,Gansu,and Ningxia.The station yard is mostly in the loess plateau area,with ravines crisscrossing with beams and ridges.There are many oilfield stations and long lines.Production organization is very difficult.There are many safety risk points for various station operation management and control.Chang7 shale oil adopts the development mode of small well site,large platform,three-dimensional horizontal well,and volume fracturing with quasi natural energy development and supplementary energy.Ground system construction combines the whole life cycle development mode of shale oil.It has the characteristics of large well group,high liquid volume and high gas oil ratio.Through continuous technological innovation and management innovation,with the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency,a“platform+central station”shale oil ground intelligent control technology has been created.The intelligent well,intelligent platform and intelligent management and control system of central station has been built to form an operation mode of automatic control,unattended and manned emergency.A new labor organization and management structure is constructed,which control the employment and reduce the unit labor cost.
