以问题为基础教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的实践与探索 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础教学(PBL)模式在消化内科临床教学中的实践与探索。方法选取2019年6月—2020年1月该院消化内科的36名本科实习医学生,随机(数字表法)进行分组,对照组(n=18名)及研究组(n=18名),对照组传统模式教学,研究组PBL模式教学。观察比较两组的理论、技术及综合考核评分;两组的工作能力;两组学生对教学模式的满意度。结果研究组的理论、技术及综合考核评分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项工作能力指标评分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学模式的满意度比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实习医学生临床教学过程中使用PBL模式教学,可显著提高理论、技术及工作能力,提高医学生对临床教学的满意度。 Objective To explore the practice and exploration of problem-based teaching(PBL)mode in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods A total of 36 undergraduate medical interns in the department of gastroenterology in the hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided(number table method)into the control group(n=18)and the study group(n=18).The control group was taught in traditional mode,and the research group was taught in PBL mode.Observed and compared the theory,technology and comprehensive assessment scores of the two groups.The ability of the two groups to work.The satisfaction of the two groups of students with the teaching mode.Results The theoretical,technical and comprehensive assessment scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various work ability indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's satisfaction with the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL mode teaching in the clinical teaching of intern medical students can significantly improve theory,technology and work ability,and improve medical students'satisfaction with clinical teaching.
