摘要
目的观察PDCA循环管理在传染病防控中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月—2019年7月疾控中心在职工作人员15名为研究对象,根据时间不同分为对照组(2017年7月—2018年7月)和观察组(2018年8月—2019年7月)。对照组采取传统管理模式,观察组采取PDCA循环管理模式,对比两组工作人员职业倦怠感、传染病防控能力、职业生命质量。结果观察组工作人员在情绪耗竭、去人性化方面评分显著低于对照组,个人成就感方面评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员在文件管理能力、传染病调研能力、传染病预防能力、总体管控能力等传染病防控能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员在心理健康、生理健康、工作主动性、职业自豪感、职业胜任感、家庭平衡感、职业满意度等职业生命质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式可显著提升疾控中心工作人员传染病防控能力、职业生命质量,降低职业倦怠感,具有一定的实用价值。
Objective To observe the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 15 staff members of the CDC were selected from July 2017 to July 2019 as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(July 2017 to July 2018)and observation group(August 2018 to July 2019).The control group adopts the traditional management mode,and the observation group adopts the PDCA cycle management mode.The job burnout,infectious disease prevention and control ability,and occupational quality of life of the two groups of staff were compared.Results The staff in the observation group had significantly lower scores in terms of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization than the control group,and their personal sense of accomplishment scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The staff of the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of document management ability,infectious disease investigation ability,infectious disease prevention ability,and overall management and control ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The staff in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group in terms of mental health,physical health,work initiative,professional pride,professional competence,family balance,professional satisfaction and other occupational quality of life scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model can significantly improve the infectious disease prevention and control ability of CDC staff,the quality of professional life,and reduce job burnout,which has certain practical value.
