分层管理在重症医学科护理管理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Hierarchical Management in the Nursing Management of Intensive Care Department

目的研究分层管理在重症医学科护理管理中的应用效果,明确其临床使用价值。方法选取该院重症医学科护理人员30名为研究对象,根据其实施不同管理措施的时间段来进行分组。运用常规护理管理的时间段为2019年1月—2020年1月,作为对照组;运用分层管理的时间段为2020年2月—2021年2月,作为观察组。就两组护理人员以及临床医师对护理管理的满意度进行评估。同时,从基础护理、文书写作、病房管理以及医院感染控制等方面来对其护理质量进行评价。结果观察组护理人员对管理满意度、医师对护理管理满意度相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组的基础护理、文书写作、病房管理以及医院感染控制等护理质量评分相较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症医学科护理管理中,实施分层管理,可有效地改善护理人员与医师对护理管理的满意度,提高护理质量。

Objective To study the application effect of hierarchical management in the nursing management of critical care medicine,and to clarify its clinical value.Methods 30 nurses in the intensive care department of the hospital were selected and used as experimental subjects,and they were grouped according to the time period during which they implemented different management measures.The period of routine nursing management was from January 2019 to January 2020,as a control group.The period of using hierarchical management was from February 2020 to February 2021,as the observation group.The satisfaction of the two groups of nurses and clinicians with nursing management was evaluated.At the same time,the quality of nursing care was evaluated from the aspects of basic nursing,document writing,ward management and hospital infection control.Results The observation group's nurses'satisfaction with management and physicians'satisfaction with care management were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the observation group's basic nursing,document writing,ward management and hospital infection control and other nursing quality scores were statistically significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of intensive care medicine,the implementation of hierarchical management can effectively improve the satisfaction of nurses and doctors with nursing management,improve the quality of nursing.
