目标情景实践应用在神经内科中的影响

摘要 目的探究目标情景实践应用在神经内科中的影响。方法选取该院神经内科在2019年5月—2021年6月接收的临床实习生68名,根据年度不同分为对照组和研究组,各34名,对照组实施传统实践教学模式,研究组实施目标情景实践教学模式,观察两组实习生医学教育环境、综合考试成绩评分以及实习生对带教老师的满意情况。结果研究组实习生在学术知觉、社会知觉、教师知觉、学习知觉以及环境知觉等医学教育环境综合评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生在思维逻辑能力、问题分析能力、解决问题能力、实践操作以及理论知识等专业考试成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生在一般、非常满意等满意程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科实习生实施目标情景实践教学模式,可为实习生营造较为良好的学习氛围,提高专业考试成绩水平,加强实习生对于带教老师的满意程度。 Objective To explore the influence of target situation practice in neurology.Methods A total of 68 clinical interns accepted by the Department of Neurology in the hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected.According to the different years,they were divided into control group and study group,with 34 persons in each group.The control group implemented the traditional practice teaching model,and the study group implemented the target situation practice teaching model.Observe the medical education environment,comprehensive examination scores of the two groups of interns,and their satisfaction with the teachers.Results The comprehensive scores of the interns in the study group on academic perception,social perception,teacher perception,learning perception,and environmental perception were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of interns in the study group on professional examinations such as thinking logic ability,problem analysis ability,problem solving ability,practical operation and theoretical knowledge were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of interns in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group in general and very satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the target scenario practice teaching model for neurology interns can create a relatively good learning atmosphere for interns,improve their professional test scores,and enhance their satisfaction with the teachers.
