模拟教学在心内科急重症教学中的效果评价

摘要 目的评价模拟教学法在心内科急重症教学中的效果。方法将2019年11月—2021年6月间80名实习医师随机分为研究组42名和对照组38名。针对心内科急重症胸痛-急性心梗、头晕-高血压急症的教学,研究组采用模拟教学法+传统教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式(授课和示范)。对两组的出科成绩、五站式考核、毕业考试成绩进行比较,同时比较实习生对两种教学方法效果的打分。结果研究组出科考核成绩明显优于对照组,且教学效果也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他成绩两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论模拟教学法可明显提高在心内科急重症领域的临床教学效果,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of simulation teaching method in the emergency and severe cardiology teaching.Methods From November 2019 to June 2021,80 interns were randomly divided into 42 in the study group and 38 in the control group.For the teaching of acute and severe chest pain-acute myocardial infarction,dizziness-hypertension and emergencies in cardiology,the study group adopts simulation teaching method+traditional teaching method,and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode(teaching and demonstration).Compare the results of the two groups of subjects,five-stop assessment,and graduation examination.At the same time,compare the scoring of the two teaching methods by the interns.Results The test scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the teaching effect was also better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in other scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The simulation teaching method can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect in the field of emergency and severe cardiology,and it is worthy of further popularization and application.
