The construction of hospital behavior is related to the vital interests of the people and the overall image of the medical and health industry,and is an important support for deepening the reform of the medical and health system,is also an important political foundation for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and an internal driving force to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the hospital.The article uses the SWOT analysis method to explore the four dimensions of hospital behavior from strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and takes a series of measures based on the actual situation of the hospital to provide a reference for the construction of public hospitals in the new era.
