甘氨双唑钠对实体肿瘤放射治疗增敏作用的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析甘氨双唑钠对实体肿瘤放射治疗的增敏作用。方法选取2019年1-12月该院收治的62例患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各31例。观察组患者实施甘氨双唑钠联合放化疗进行干预,对照组患者实施常规放化疗进行干预。分析两组患者经临床治疗后,患者的临床疗效、生存质量、不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.32%,显著高于对照组的61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生存质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为64.52%,而对照组患者不良反应发生率为77.42%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.253,P>0.05)。结论对患者实施甘氨双唑钠联合常规放化疗进行治疗后,可有效提高对实体肿瘤患者临床治疗效果,提高患者治疗后生存质量,不会导致不良反应的增加,对改善患者预后具有重要的影响,值得广泛推广。 Objective To analyze the sensitization effect of sodium glycididazole on radiotherapy of solid tumors.Methods A total of 62 patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received glycididazole sodium combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for intervention, and patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy for intervention. Analyzed the clinical efficacy, quality of life, and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after clinical treatment. Results The total effective rate of 90.32% in the observation group was significantly higher than 61.29% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 64.52%, while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 77.42%, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.253, P>0.05). Conclusion After the treatment of patients with sodium glycidizole combined with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect for patients with solid tumors, improve the quality of life of patients after treatment, and will not lead to an increase in adverse reactions, which is important for improving the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of widespread promotion.
