正畸联合口腔修复对先天性缺牙的治疗及有效性评价

Orthodontics Combined with Oral Prosthesis in the Treatment of Congenital Dentition and Its Effectiveness Evaluation

目的分析先天性缺牙应用正畸联合口腔修复治疗产生的诊治效果。方法选取2019年7月-2020年12月来院接受治疗的90例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象,以随机抽签的方式分为对比组(口腔修复,45例)和联合组(正畸联合口腔修复,45例),分析两组治疗效果。结果联合组治疗后咬合力(13.02±1.87)kg,语言功能评分(12.82±1.46)分,咀嚼功能评分(22.88±2.64)分均高于对比组(10.82±1.65)kg、(9.73±1.32)分、(15.24±2.70)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.918、10.531、13.572,P<0.05)。联合组语言功能恢复时间(16.24±4.51)d,咀嚼功能恢复时间(20.31±5.29)d均短于对比组(22.28±5.20)、(27.02±4.87)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.886、6.260,P<0.05)。联合组临床诊治总有效率为97.78%显著高于对比组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率为2.22%低于对比组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.049,P<0.05)。结论通过采取正畸联合口腔修复治疗手段,可以对先天性缺牙患者的诊治效果带来积极影响,其临床指标改善效果更为显著,恢复时间更短,因此适合推广普及。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment effects of orthodontics combined with oral prosthetic treatment for congenital missing teeth. Methods A total of 90 patients with congenital dentition who came to the hospital for treatment from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. Divided them into a comparison group(orthodontic restoration, 45 cases) and a combined group(orthodontic combined oral restoration, 45 cases) by random drawing. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, in the combined group, the bite force was(13.02 ±1.87) kg, the language function score was(12.82 ±1.46) points, and the mastication function score was(22.88±2.64) points, all higher than the control group(10.82 ±1.65) kg,(9.73 ±1.32)points,(15.24 ±2.70) points, and the difference was statistically significant(t =5.918, 10.531, 13.572, P <0.05). The recovery time of language function in the combination group was(16.24±4.51) d and the time of mastication function recovery(20.31±5.29) d were shorter than those in the control group(22.28±5.20) d and(27.02±4.87) d, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.886, 6.260, P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical diagnosis and treatment in the combined group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200, P<0.05). The complication rate of the combined group was 2.22% lower than that of the control group 17.78%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.049, P<0.05). Conclusion By adopting orthodontic combined with oral prosthetic treatment, it can have a positive impact on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with congenital dentition. The improvement effect of its clinical indicators is more significant, and the recovery time is shorter, so it is suitable for popularization.
