目的深入了解2020年住院患者使用注射用质子泵抑制药,促进患者达到理想治疗效果。方法遵循循证原则,结合药品说明书,将2020年1—12月该院的360例住院患者选为研究对象,从给药时机、适应证、用法用量、用药疗程、溶酶选择等方面入手,点评患者对注射用质子泵抑制药物的使用情况,对比各科室适应证合格率,分析患者不合理用药原因。结果 16个科室中,质子泵抑制药物时候适应证的合格率分别为神经内科79.59%、妇科66.67%、胸外科61.90%、神经外科53.85%、感染科57.14%、呼吸内科66.67%、肿瘤科64.86%、内分泌科43.33%、肝胆外科57.69%、泌尿外科69.57%、心血管内科77.78%、骨科65.22%、消化内科42.31%、儿科100.00%、普通外科68.57%、重症监护室83.33%。360例使用质子泵抑制药物患者中,用法用量不适宜患者6.94%、预防用药不适宜10.28%、遴选剂型不适宜9.17%、适应证不适宜6.11%、重复用药2.50%。结论为增强患者用药合理性与有效性,应建立质子泵抑制药物的用药评价标准,并结合患者不同病情,及时调整用药方案。

Objective To understand the use of proton pump inhibitors for injection in hospitalized patients in 2020,and to promote the patients to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. Methods Following the evidence-based principles and combined with the drug instructions, 360 patients in the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. Starting from the timing of administration, indications, usage and dosage, medication course,choice of lysozyme, etc., comment on the patient’s use of proton pump inhibitor drugs for injection. Compared the qualified rate of indications in each department and analyze the reasons for patients’ irrational use of drugs. Results In 16 departments, the qualified rates of indications for proton pump inhibitors were 79.59% in neurology, 66.67% in gynecology, 61.90% in thoracic surgery, and 53.85% in neurosurgery, Department of Infectious Diseases 57.14%,Department of Respiratory Medicine 66.67%, Department of Oncology 64.86%, Department of Endocrinology 43.33%,Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery 57.69%, Department of Urology 69.57%, and Department of Cardiology 77.78%,Orthopedics 65.22%, gastroenterology 42.31%, pediatrics 100.00%, general surgery 68.57%, and intensive care unit 83.33%. Among 360 patients using proton pump inhibitors, 6.94% of patients were inappropriate for usage and dosage,10.28% for preventive medication, and 9.17% for selected dosage forms, indications not suitable for 6.11%, repeated medication 2.50%. Conclusion In order to enhance the rationality and effectiveness of medications for patients, the medication evaluation criteria for proton pump inhibitors should be established, and the medication regimen should be adjusted in time based on the different conditions of the patients.
