泽泻对MSG大鼠IL-6、TNF-α含量和基因表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究泽泻对MSG大鼠炎症相关因子IL-6、 TNF-α含量及基因表达的影响。方法:使用SD大鼠新生乳鼠皮下注射L-谷氨酸钠,同时高脂饲料喂养制备MSG大鼠模型,将成模的48只大鼠随机分为模型组、非诺贝特组、诺格列酮组和泽泻剂量组,另选8只空白大鼠作为正常对照组。给药8周后,检测血清中IL-6、 TNF-α含量并用RT-PCR法检测肝脏中IL-6、 TNF-αmRNA相对表达。结果:与模型组大鼠相比,泽泻高、中剂量组血清中IL-6、 TNF-α含量显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),肝脏组织中IL-6、 TNF-αmRNA相对表达显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:泽泻具有一定抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与抑制炎症相关因子IL-6和TNF-α含量和基因表达有关。 ObjectiveTo study the effect of Alismatis Rhizoma on IL-6,TNF-αcontent and gene expression in MSG rats.MethodsThe rats were injected with L-glutamine sodium under the skin of SD rats and fed with high fat feed to prepare the MSG rats model.48 rats were randomly divided into model group,fenofibrate group,noglitazone group and Alismatis Rhizoma dose group,and another 8 blank rats were selected as normal control group.ResultsCompared with the model group,the contents of IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and the relative expression of IL-6 and TNF-αmRNA in liver tissue of Alismatis Rhizoma high and medium dose groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionAlisma Rhizoma has a certain anti-inflammatory effect,and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of IL-6 and TNF-αcontent and gene expression.
