中医治疗干燥综合征的研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Treatment of Sjogren’s Syndrome

文章通过对近年来干燥综合征的文献进行归纳总结,着重从历史沿革、病因病机、辨证分型、辨证论治、中医外治法五方面阐述相关研究进展。干燥综合征属于中医"燥痹"范畴,病因多系内外相因为患,病机为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。目前尚缺乏统一公认的标准化的辨证论治与辨证分型,临床上大多从自身经验或临床研究总结。此外,中医外治法的配合使用在改善临床症状等方面也取得一定的疗效。

This article summarizes the literature on Sjogren’s syndrome in recent years,focusing on the five aspects of historical evolution,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Sjogren’s syndrome belongs to the category of“Daobi”in traditional Chinese medicine.The cause of disease is mostly internal and external factors.At present,there is still a lack of unified and recognized standardized syndrome differentiation treatment and syndrome differentiation types,and most of them are clinically summarized from their own experience or clinical research.In addition,the combined use of external Chinese medicine treatments has also achieved certain effects in improving clinical symptoms.It hopes to provide new ideas for future clinical research.
