运动处方结合团体辅导对高校学生心理弹性干预效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of exercise prescription combined with group counseling on the psychological resilience of college students

摘要 目的观察运动处方结合团体心理辅导对高校大学生心理弹性的干预效果,为改善大学生及其他人群的心理弹性提供参考依据。方法应用心理弹性调查问卷(CD-RISC)筛选出分值较低的学生60名分成三组参与项目,对照组不采取任何手段和方法;A组为运动处方组,定期进行运动处方干预;B组为运动处方与团体心理辅导联合组,定期进行运动处方干预并辅以团体心理辅导。结果经过12周后复测,同组内干预前后心理弹性分值比较发现,对照组心理弹性评分(45.25±2.78)与首次评分(42.70±6.93)相比差异无统计学意义(t=1.525,P=0.141)。A组干预前心理弹性评分(43.60±5.85)低于干预后评分(76.65±5.59),差异有统计学意义(t=18.257,P<0.001)。B组干预前心理弹性评分(43.00±4.83)低于干预后评分(88.95±4.39),差异有统计学意义(t=31.454,P<0.001)。三组参与者在干预前心理弹性分值上差异无统计学意义(F=0.119,P=0.887)。干预后组间心理弹性分值比较,差异有统计学意义(F=521.901,P<0.001)。干预后A组(76.65±5.59)和B组(88.95±4.39)参与者心理弹性评分均高于对照组(45.25±2.78),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且B组评分明显高于A组(P<0.001)。结论运动处方对大学生心理弹性有明显的改善作用,而运动处方联合团体心理辅导对大学生心理弹性的改善效果更优。 Objective To observe the effect of exercise prescription combined with group psychological counseling on the psychological resilience of college students,so as to provide reference for improving the psychological resilience of college students and other groups.Methods 60 students with low scores were screened out by the psychological resilience questionnaire(CD-RISC)and divided into three groups to participate in the project.The control group did not take any means and methods.Group A was exercise prescription group,and regular exercise prescription intervention was conducted.Group B was a combination group of exercise prescription and group psychological counseling,and regular exercise prescription intervention supplemented by group psychological counseling.Results Re measurement after 12 weeks,the psychological resilience score(45.25±2.78)of the control group showed no statistical difference(t=1.525,P=0.141)compared with the first score(42.70±6.93).The psychological elasticity score(43.60±5.85)before intervention in A group was lower than that after intervention(76.65±5.59),and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.257,P<0.001).B group psychological resilience score before intervention(43.00±4.83)was lower than score after intervention(88.95±4.39)and was statis tically significant(t=31.454,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in psychological elasticity score between the three groups before intervention(F=0.119,P=0.887).The difference of psychological elasticity score between groups after intervention was statistically significant(F=521.901,P<0.001).The psychological elasticity score of the two groups A(76.65±5.59)、B(88.95±4.39)after intervention was higher than that of the control group(45.25±2.78),and the score of the B group was significantly higher than that of the A group(P<0.001).Conclusion Exercise prescription has obvious improvement effect on college students'mental resilience,while exercise prescription combined with group psychological counseling has better effect on college students'mental resilience.
