智能化养老的伦理向度

Ethical Research of the Intelligent Endowment

我国已加速步入人口老龄化社会,近年来迅猛发展的人工智能技术为解决养老问题提供了新的思路和途径。智能化养老正成为人工智能机器人创新和应用的重点领域。将智能的高新科技应用于养老服务满足了老年人的个性化需求和精神生活需求,显著提升了养老服务的质量和效率,减轻了家庭和社会养老负担,但同时也带来了不容忽视的伦理困境。本研究基于目前智能化养老模式兴起的时代背景、内涵、现状及优势,指出我国目前智能化养老可能面临的价值难题和伦理困境,包括智能化养老冲击传统的伦理关系,挑战老年人主体的道德地位;智能化养老挑战人的本质,会使老年人产生负面心理;智能化养老致使孝养关系疏离,甚至淡化子女赡养责任。尝试从认知、设计和管理三个层面提出智能化养老实现价值原则的有效路径,赋予智能化养老产品更多的人文关怀,从而实现智能化养老产业的健康、可持续发展。

China has stepped into an aging society.In recent years,the rapid development of the artificial intelligence technology has provided new ideas and approaches to solving the problem of providing for the elderly,which is becoming the key field of innovation and application of artificial intelligence robots.The application of intelligent high-tech to elderly care services not only improves the service quality and efficiency,but also reduces the burden of the family and the society.However,it also brings ethical dilemmas that cannot be ignored.Based on the background,connotation,current situation,and advantages of the artificial intelligence mode for the elderly,this paper points out the value problems and ethical dilemma that China may face at present,including the impact of the intelligent care for the elderly on the traditional ethical relationship and challenges posed to the moral status of the elderly.Intelligent pension challenges human nature and result in negative psychology of the elderly.Intelligent pension leads to the alienation of filial piety and support,and even plays down the responsibility of children s support.This paper attempts to propose an effective path to realize the value principle of intelligent care of the elderly from cognition,design,and management,and endows the artificial intelligence product with more humanistic care,so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the industry of intelligent care of the elderly.
