Connecticut’s Teacher Education and Mentoring Program and Its Enlightenment

文章探析了美国康涅狄格州新任教师教育与指导项目的运行模式和质量保障体系,其运行模式具有明确的培养目标、对口的专业发展模块、严格的入项资格、专业发展的持续性和客观全面的考核特点;该项目的质量保障体系重视充足的财政保障和有利政策的支持、明确各利益方的职责、注重指导教师的质量。基于该项目成功经验,对我国基础教育新入职教师队伍建设主要有两点借鉴和启示:落实各方职责范畴,构建多方支持网络;注重新任教师指导教师质量,优化指导教师队伍。

This paper explores its mode and quality assurance system.The mode underpins several features,which are clear objectives,pertinent professional developing models,strict admission,continuous professional development and comprehensive assessment.The quality assurance system emphasizes favorable policies and sufficient funds at all governmental levels,clear division of stakeholders’ duties and the mentors’ quality.In terms of approaches to the cultivation of new teachers in elementary and middle schools,we can borrow the successful experiences of TEAM program mainly in two perspectives,which are clarifying respective responsibilities to construct multi-support net and reinforcing the importance of mentors’ training to optimize the group.
