机电产品不完全数据可靠性评估方法

Reliability Assessment Methods for Electromechanical Products with Incomplete Data

针对机电产品可靠性试验中经常出现随机截尾不完全数据的情况,提出一种机电产品不完全数据可靠性评估方法。鉴于机电产品寿命通常遵循指数分布或两参数Weibull分布,文中首先采用可靠性更新的方法,推导出指数分布不完全数据的可靠度和可靠寿命单侧置信下限公式,然后进一步建立了两参数Weibull分布的可靠度和可靠寿命单侧置信下限公式,从而解决了随机截尾不完全数据难以统计分析的问题,实现机电产品高精度小样本可靠性评估。

For the common case that random censored incomplete data appears in reliability tests of electromechanical products,reliability assessment methods with incomplete data are proposed in this paper.In engineering,the lifetime of electromechanical products generally follows the exponential distribution or two-parameter Weibull distribution.Therefore,for incomplete data following exponential distribution,specific formulas are derived by the reliability updating method to calculate lower confidence limits of the product’s reliability and reliable lifetime.On this basis,the corresponding formulas are further given for incomplete data following two-parameter Weibull distribution.By the proposed methods,the statistical analysis problems of random censored incomplete data are solved,and the high-accuracy reliability assessment of electromechanical products with small sample is realized.
