以市面上常见的健身设备为研究对象,通过调研分析,引出了人机工程学的原理及宜人性的设计原则。在宜人性理念的指导下,举例分析了人机工程学原理在健身设备中的实际应用。

Taking the common fitness equipment in the market as the research object,through investigation and analysis,this paper leads to the principle of ergonomics and the design principle suitable for human nature.Under the guidance of the concept of agreeableness,this paper analyzes the practical application of ergonomics in fitness equipment.
