煤矿无轨胶轮车动力源发展方向研究

Research on the Development Direction of the Power for the Vehicles with the Rubber for the Coal Mine

煤矿无轨胶轮车已经成为煤矿辅助运输的主力之一,目前配置的动力源以防爆柴油机为主,但随着煤矿企业对环境保护和职工身体健康的关注度不断提高,防爆柴油机的尾气排放问题矛盾日益突出。本文介绍了目前煤矿无轨胶轮车的主要类别及配置的主流动力源,分析了防爆柴油机、铅酸蓄电池、锂离子蓄电池的使用情况,对比了其优缺点,研究分析了煤矿无轨胶轮车动力源将来的发展方向。

The vehicles with the rubber for the coal mine have become one of the main forces of auxiliary transportation in coal mines.At present,the power source is mainly the flameproof diesel engine.However,with the increasing attention of coal mine enterprises to environmental protection and workers'health,the contradiction of exhaust emission of the flameproof diesel engine is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper introduces the main categories and mainstream power sources of coal mine rubber truck,analyzes the use of the flameproof diesel engine,lead-acid battery and lithium-ions battery,compares its advantages and disadvantages,and analyzes the future development direction of coal mine rubber truck.
